Chef Rémi Henaux

At the helm since the restaurant opened, Rémi Hénaux has created his first menu as head chef at Odette, after five years as sous-chef in Michelin-starred restaurants (La Grande Cascade, Le Doyen). He freely expresses his vision through precise, masterful menus, offering a personal, warm and sincere cuisine that reflects the spirit of the place. Through this bistronomic restaurant full of character, the chef showcases contemporary French cuisine, where indulgence is found in both light dishes and more generous offerings. Odette has thus become an elegant Parisian establishment, open from morning to night, where conviviality meets excellence.

A wooded and copper-coloured setting

Odette is a must-visit destination, both in terms of cuisine and architecture. Here, the mix of materials takes centre stage. With a stunning undulating wave of wood on the walls, inspired by Christo's 1985 ephemeral artwork on the Pont-Neuf, graphic pendant lights and comfortable padded benches, the unique décor of our Auberge is graphic and welcoming.
